Journal bulan february

hello guys back on my monthly blog read lots of interesting stories in February. in this month . my activities are mostly at the hotel. because I’m in a state of training. Everyday I was in the kitchen, starting from preparing the tools. cut vegetables. slaughter poultry and sea animals. then cook it. in the morning I usually guard the breakfast area. in the breakfast area there is food cooked in front of guests. there is an omelette, suny set up and poch egg. There are also other foods such as toast and tek tek noodles. after taking care of breakfast I usually close (the term when the breakfast hour is up) after that I fill in the ingredients again. In the afternoon I moved to the Butcher section. there learned to cut chicken, meat, and fish and skewer. After all is done, I start cleaning the dirty area. on the 14th there was an event at the hotel, namely valentine’s day, everyone was busy preparing all the materials and tools. here using the ala carte set up. guests order and we immediately process.There are some food photos that I took along with the phot

Hello, assalamualaikum friends. I will tell a little about my activities in last january. This january, is a month that I think is very, very busy. There are many tasks and activities that make me a little bit overwhelmed and had to stay up late at night. In januari we carried out our final school exams. Starting from practice and theory, during our pastry practice, students majoring in culinary arts began to prepare two days before the scheduled day. On those two days we often went home at night, sometimes at 12 at night, sometimes at 1 in the evening. And because of a lot of tasks, when I go home I don’t go to sleep right away, but instead do my assignments. After the task is done, finally I take a break. Guys, this month I also prepared the requirements for on-job training, starting from the file requirements to the interview. A little nervous and afraid during the interview, afraid of not being accepted, just overthinking hehehe, apart from that, thank God I was accepted by the resort. I am very grateful and proud to be able to intern there. And very very impatient to start the training activities. For his departure January 15, 2021. after the final school exams are over I have a holiday until January 4, my hopes and prayers are that there will be no remedials and my GPA score does not drop from the last semester. On this holiday, I don’t go anywhere because it costs me nothing, hehe, I just enjoy my vacation at home. I help my parents, cook and stay up late watching YouTube. Oh yes, I also participated in your martial arts, the Muhamadiyah sons’ tapak Suci school. In addition to physical fitness, silat is also useful for defending oneself from evil. The last week I practiced, I got injured, the cement rubbed quite a bit in the wound and I stopped training for a week

Hello guys, assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
Back again in my monthly journal (Defri Florensta), this time I want to tell you about some of my activities during the past month, namely November. I think this month is a very, very extraordinary month because of the many assignments and time to change lessons. the task given was a little neglected because I was the committee for the anniversary event.before going into deeper discussion, I want to apologize for being late in posting my monthly journal. the reason why I was late posting was because of the many assignments and the full lecture schedule plus a campus birthday event.at the diss natalis event yesterday I was appointed as chairman for the running of kitchen operations. my team and I started work two weeks before the event would start. held four meetings with the coordinator to discuss what menu will be served, how to serve it self service or a buffet. at the next meeting we discussed the number of ingredients to be used, and counted the number of plates, number of spoons, number of flasks and water warmers.The next day my team and the coordinator shop for dry and wet ingredients. the menu we will serve is soy sauce chicken, balado eggs, sauteed green beans and carrots, flour fried squid and prawns. After all the ingredients have been purchased we begin to fold the boxes for lunch boxes and snack boxes. fold the tissue and put the spoon down. oh yes there is tumpeng rice too guys. two days before the event will start, my team and I started chopping vegetables, chicken.the event will start at 08:00 am. and we were already in the kitchen by 5:00 in the morning to prepare and finish everything. we were very tired due to overtime work and lack of rest, but that’s okay because we all enjoy doing those activities.

this time I will tell about what my activities were in last August. well, because I was late in collecting assignments according to schedule, this time I was ordered to tell 500 words. every day I help prepare food for my family, I happen to be my hobby of cooking and eating hehe. Besides that, I also usually sweep, clean the yard, if I do jogging
oh yeah last August was my last month to make it easy for three months off. I feel very bored at home. do not know what to do every day spending most of the time at homeThis month I often stay up late watching YouTube. I like watching horror content. the channel name is jeri room. then I wake up at 10 am sometimes I wake up at 11 noon feeling tired watching YouTube. actually I want to go for a walk to enjoy the holidays so I don’t get bored at home and look for a new atmosphere. but must be deterred by the corona virus.When I’m late at home, I usually make food that I have never made like macarone and sponge cake without flour. well I include the sponge cake recipe and how to make it.

Hallo guys welcome back to my journal monhtly.
as usual I will tell you some things about my activities in the last month
There are not many things that I do, every morning after college, I sometimes jog and do other sports.last month on campus there was an election for chairman and deputy chairman as well as his cabinet. lasted two weeks.I was elected as head of the student activity unit in the field of sports. I felt very tiring when I first joined BEM. due to frequent meetings and a long time home.I also have to compile a work program so that the UKM that I choose is still running. In this UKM I added martial arts and work out because there are quite a lot of enthusiasts.This activity is carried out twice a week. Friday and Wednesday. The sports that were trained were volleyball, futsal, badminton, football, martial arts and workout. with a rolling system every week.This activity has not been running yet because there are obstacles in support such as volleyball and futsal as well as new members who have not been legalized
but God willing, this Wednesday has started running. what will be done later is volleyball.for the past two months we were not allowed to go home because of the corona virus so we stayed in the dorm only. but yesterday we were allowed to return home.I just finished the semester 3 UTS exam. In this exam, it was quite tough because I followed the set course schedule.Last Friday, we, the BEM members, held grills with Pak Asep. Last Friday, and now we from BEM members are planning an activity for our second campus anniversary. which will be held this month. I hope what we want can come true with what we have imagined.

Tugas journal bulan september

welcome back to my monthly journal. as usual I will tell you about my activities last September. I am very happy because in September I have returned to the dormitory and have started studying. before lecture I was quarantined first for 2 weeks. for 2 weeks. Sunday there were no complaints then I was allowed to start following the lecture schedule. In the dorm I usually do physical activities such as jogging and stick to the prescribed protocol. Every Friday there are usually activities from BEM such as gymnastics, learning English, and cleaning the dorm.I did not do many activities in the morning dormitory for evening sports. at night doing assignments. oh yes in September my friends and I got an assignment to cook food for new students. we started preparations on Sundays. starting from 1 pm to 2 pm we just finished and continued at 5 o’clock in the morning. Monday and Tuesday we started cooking from 5 am to 11 pm. After the event we were reassigned to cook for the foundation’s birthday. we cooked a menu of green rice, chicken opor and balado eggs.Guided by chef Adi, the event lasted for one day. After everything was finished, the new body felt stiff but exciting and got new experiences and points to compile the thesis lateron September 28 we from the culinary arts study program scheduled pastry course made bread called croissants, this cake comes from Switzerland and is grown in France. and manages cookies (cookies). we are all sad because the croissants we made failed because the butter used is of poor quality.that was my activity last September, if there is an error in my writing, please forgive me. finally I say

hello everyone, welcome back to my monthly journal. let me tell you my activities last july. my activities in july are not much different from the previous june. on july I follow learning through the application from the zoom id class activities or this training is given by the scholarship provider, namely HEA AWARDEE by PT BRC. I learned a lot of learning and also new experiences. Besides attending the training class activities, I usually do a lot of sports. starting from jogging, workout and fitness to get a healthy and fit body. I also often visit my father’s garden to see the plants and give fertilizer, I did a fair amount to eliminate boredom at home by not spending more
Other activities that I do at home are cooking food morning and night, cleaning the room, sweeping the house, washing dishes and washing clothes. Oh yes I want to talk a little about the trouble in my sleep or insomnia that I experienced in the last two weeks. cellphones and staying up late make it hard to fall asleep even often do not sleep from morning to morning finally I found tips from youtube to avoid trouble in sleep, that is by exercising like jogging for 40 minutes every morning and evening I do the tips during two days and finally I was free from difficulties in sleeping, now I have started sleeping at 10 o’clock at night or no later than 11 at night. my activity during the month of June from Defri florensta

hello friends, how are you doing? hopefully always in the protection of Allah SWT. as usual I will tell or share my activities in the last June. let’s get to the point. not many activities that I do because most of my time is spent at homesometimes once a week I take my mother to the market to shop for daily needs. by wearing a mask as recommended by the government the market which was once crowded has now started to be quiet and there are some empty places. in this month I take part in martial arts called muay thai every Wednesday and Friday I practice. in addition to the martial arts muay thai is also effective to get rid of boredom at home. In addition to participating in the martial arts I usually run every evening so my body stays in shape. at home I usually do small activities such as sweeping the house, washing dishes, watering the flowers of a mother and in the evening I take notes on recipes so that my recipe notes are complete.
every day there is learning through the zoom id meeting. a lot of obstacles I feel are starting from the network that is sometimes bad, waking up who is oversleep and often running out of internet quota. once a meeting can spend a quota of 500 mb. pretty much anyway in my opinion. at home I also usually do small sports such as push ups and shit ups, I do it for 20-30 minutes I do that at night, besides that at home I also cook more often to process ingredients that my mother has bought. learn to separate the chicken meat from the bones and learn to cut vegetables with techniques that have been conveyed by chef angga. oh yeah I want to tell you that I’m now on a diet. by not eating rice and multiplying by drinking water it has been going on for 9 days and as a result my weight has dropped by as much as 6 kilo grams.

Welcome back to my monthly journal. How are you? I hope we are healthy, Aamiin. Let us start the story right away, thank God the news from the Covid-19 virus is getting better and one by one the patient is declared cured, in May I and my friends get a holiday for about 3 months. While on vacation is cleaning the house and a little bit of sports at home, my family and I just stayed at home to break the chain of spreading of the corona virus, as instructed by the government. Use a maskWe have conducted the final semester exams in May, in this exam my excitement in my opinion was during the food commodity practice test, because the test was unique I was told to guess the seasoning that had been smoothed by kissing it, and finally I was able to answer 5 questions out of 6 ordered

The response from the recipients who were very enthusiastic made us excited to distribute the brochure. Only they did not know about this PBC. They thought that the PBC was SBTI. While distributing, we also explained about the study program at the polytechnic. we have to explain as fast as possible because it’s racing with traffic. in addition to small sports at home I sometimes bike to keep my body in shape. And I have to use the protocol recommended by using a mask.
